Dr Adrian Lim Jia Hwa is a dedicated Family Physician committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare for individuals and families of all ages. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya in 2017 and completed his postgraduate training, obtaining the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2025.
His postgraduate training includes comprehensive experience in Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology, acquired at leading healthcare institutions in Singapore.
Prior to joining Caring Medical Clinic, Dr Adrian served as a Family Physician at NHG Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic, where he cared for patients of all ages and backgrounds. During his time at the polyclinic, he served as the Wound Care Champion and led the i-Care Department. His dedication to patient care earned him praises from both patients and colleagues, and he received multiple accolades, including the Silver Star Award for Most Valuable Performer (MVP) at Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic.
At Caring Medical Clinic Toh Guan, Dr Adrian looks forward to continuing his passion for delivering accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive family healthcare to the Toh Guan community and beyond.
